Azores.com’s ad rates are priced competitively. They are based on an extensive survey of similar sites providing focused content.

Technical Requirements

All ads should be less than 40 Kb in size and in a standard format such as gif, jpg, png, or flash.
Animated ads should repeat no more than three times, must not include audio and should last no longer than 30 seconds.

PLEASE NOTE: Rates are based on CPM = Cost per thousand impressions. For example to calculate the price for 50000 impressions, divide 50000/1000 = 50. Multiply 50 by the CPM rate on the table.

CPM (Cost Per Thousand). Ads are sold in units of impressions or number of times it makes an impression on a site visitor, i.e. served to a site visitor on a page. The smallest number available for sale is one thousand and so ads are priced in terms of that unit. (The use of M is an archaic Latin derived holdover from the days of newsprint).
