Ferry boat service in Azores is serviced by two companies: Atlânticoline providing weekly service between 8 islands (Corvo not serviced) during the months of May through September, and Transmaçor providing daily service between the islands of Faial, Pico, São Jorge and Terceira. Terceira service is only provided from May to September. Tickets for passengers are almost always available at the harbor ticket office. Plan ahead if taking your vehicle during July and August.

Transmaçor is a passengers and merchandise service provider. It does not allow for transportation of motor vehicles. While connections between Faial and Pico are several times daily, connections to São Jorge are once a day, and to Terceira only done during high tourist season. About Corvo connections. Passenger and merchandise service can done from Flores island. There are no other ferry connections from any other island to Corvo.
