Welcome to the Terceira hotels page. The Terceira hotels directory is divided into hotels, manor houses, pousadas and apartment hotels. Please note that Terceira and the Azores in general do not have five star hotels. Four star is the highest rating. Also note that unless indicated on the pricing tables, unlike North America and similar to Europe, standard hotel rooms do not accommodate four adults. The two beds (twin) in a standard room are single beds. Therefore standard hotel rooms in Terceira accommodate a maximum of 3 adults in standard couples or twin beds room with an extra bed.

Hotels in the Azores are rated from two to four stars. There are no 5-star luxury hotels in the islands. Azores hotels offer the traditional services that one would expect in any hotel around the world. Many have swimming pools, gymnasium rooms and other useful amenities. All hotels in the Azores have breakfast included in the price of the room.
Apart-Hotels, as the name implies are hotels that offer both regular rooms and apartments. Apartments usually have a full kitchenette and are considered self-catering.
Manor Houses in the Azores are usually farm houses or mansions that allows the visitor to experience the local culture and history. Manor houses are a projection of their owners and how well they receive you.
